1. Zero Image Storage & Data Collection
We prioritize privacy by design. We do not store, archive, or retain your uploaded images or documents on our servers. Processing occurs entirely in-memory. We only log and store audit-related metadata (e.g., recipient names, timestamps, user IDs, and unique verification tokens) strictly required to track records.
2. Free Tier, Plan Quotas, & Tariff Adjustments
We offer complimentary free credits and tiers at our discretion. Asl Base reserves the exclusive right to alter pricing, modify plan quotas, reduce features, adjust consumption rates, or update usage tariffs at any time without prior notice.
3. Service Purpose & Limitation of Liability
Asl Base provides a digital watermarking and document-tracking utility. We do not prevent leaks or unauthorized access; our service solely provides forensic markers to help you identify the breach origin. You retain full responsibility for the legitimacy, handling, and distribution of your files. Under no circumstances is Asl Base liable for leaks, damages, losses, or legal liabilities arising from your shared documents.
4. Data Retention Period
We maintain tracking metadata for a baseline period of one (1) year from generation. Asl Base reserves the explicit right to alter, shorten, or extend this retention window at any time based on infrastructure limits or policy updates.
5. Research, Analytics, & Promotional Use
We reserve the right to process aggregated, anonymized usage telemetry and system metrics for analytics, algorithmic optimization, platform development, research, and general advertising initiatives.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to upload defamatory, illegal, infringing, or fraudulent materials. We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these standards or misuse our tracking systems.
